Launch of new prepaid plans bundled with Jio, Disney+ Hotstar and ET Telecom

New Delhi: Reliance Jio today launched a new Disney+ Hotstar bundle plan for prepaid users on the occasion of the opening of ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023.

According to a listing on the carrier’s website, Jio is introducing monthly, quarterly, and annual prepaid plans that bundle data, unlimited voice, and Disney+ Hotstar mobile subscription.

The basic plan is priced at Rs 328 and comes with 1.5GB of high-speed data per day for 28 days and a 3-month Disney+ Hotstar mobile subscription.

Additionally, Jio has also introduced a Rs 758 plan that offers 1.5 GB of high-speed data per day for 84 days and comes with 3 months of Disney+ Hotstar mobile subscription.

Similarly, the Rs 388 and Rs 808 plans offer 2GB of high-speed data per day for 28 and 84 days, respectively, and come with a 3-month Disney+ Hotstar mobile subscription.

Additionally, the 84-day Rs 598 plan and annual Rs 3178 plan offer users a one-year Disney+ Hotstar mobile subscription and 2GB of high-speed data per day.

Disney+ Hotstar mobile access can be activated by recharging with any of the aforementioned Disney+ Hotstar bundle plans and signing on to the OTT service with the same Jio mobile number.

Jio’s rival Bharti Airtel has also launched a new cricket plan for its prepaid users. The Airtel Rs 99 plan comes with unlimited data for 2 days, while the Rs 49 plan offers 6GB data per day.

“Airtel DTH is collaborating with Star to bring you special recharge offers. We have also simplified the process for customers to choose to add channels from the Start Sports portfolio,” Airtel said separately. .

In August, Jio also launched two new prepaid plans that bundle Netflix subscription with unlimited 5G data, giving over 400 million prepaid customers the option to avail Netflix subscription. These new Jio prepaid plans are priced at Rs 1099 and Rs 1499, both have a validity of 84 days and come with unlimited 5G data, 2GB daily 4G data limit, and unlimited voice calls. However, the Rs 1,099 bundle comes with a Netflix mobile plan that is only valid for streaming from mobile devices, while the Rs 1,499 plan comes with a Netflix basic subscription for the big screen.
