To celebrate the holiday season and the new year, Todd Phillips treated fans to new images from the upcoming film Joker: Folie à Deux.
Sequel to 2019 jokerThe film, starring Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga, is scheduled for release from Warner Bros. Pictures. On October 4, 2024.
The director posted two photos on Instagram, and in the first photo, Phoenix player Arthur Fleck can be seen through what appears to be a prison cell window with the number “E258” written above it. The second photo shows Gaga’s Harley Quinn wearing civilian clothes, looking at the character Phoenix in the famous Joker makeup.
Phillips followed the photos with a comment: “Wishing everyone a happy holiday and a beautiful new year.” October 2024 #Joker 2.”
Although most of the film was kept under wraps, the director continued to impress audiences throughout the year.
