According to a Spotboye report, Abhinav slapped Palak angrily. Shweta told the police that Abhinav is often drunk. After this incident, Abhinav was brought to the police station at around 1 pm on Sunday.

Bollywood actress Shweta Tiwari has accused her husband Abhinav Kohli of domestic violence. Police have taken Abhinav while taking action in this case. According to Shweta, Abhinav beat up his daughter Palak. Shweta and her daughter Palak were seen outside the police station. During this, she was seen crying loudly. For the past year, there were reports of differences between Shweta and Abhinav. But both of them never talked about it.

It is being told that Abhinav was questioned for about 4 hours in the presence of Shweta and Palak. After this, after Shweta’s complaint, the police registered a case against Abhinav. According to the report, Abhinav used abusive language for Shweta’s daughter Palak. Shweta accused Abhinav of making obscene remarks on daughter and destroying her decency by showing pornographic images of models on her mobile phone in October 2017.

In this case, a complaint has been filed in Samta Nagar Police Station under several sections. According to Spotboy’s report finally, Shweta decided not to go through the legal way and decided to settle the issue at home. However, according to the Asian Age, a case has been registered against Abhinav under sections 354-A (sexual harassment), 323 (willful hurt), 504 (willful insult), 506 (criminal intimidation), 509 of IPC. Abhinav has been arrested and the police is investigating the case.

 Palak is the daughter of Shweta Tiwari and Raja Chaudhary. Raja Chaudhary used to beat Shweta with alcohol. Shweta had said in her complaint that Raja used to drink and beat her often. After which Shweta divorced the king. After this, in the year 2013, Shweta married Abhinav Kohli. The two were tied in marriage after having dated each other for 3 years. They both have a son of two and a half years.
