Want to save RM600? Astro is offering discounts on TV packs with new direct debit sign-ups

Astro offers discounts to customers who subscribe to primary, entertainment or movie packs. New customers can receive up to 30% off their bill by opting for automatic monthly bill debit.

The discount is spread over 24 months, so customers can expect to save more than RM600 when they sign up for direct debit bill payments with Astro. According to them, “customers gain convenience and peace of mind with always-on-time and hassle-free bill payments.”

The following three packs are eligible for this campaign.

The first is Astro’s standard pack, the Primary Pack. With over 80 channels included, you can subscribe to this pack by Monthly RM 41.99, instead of the regular monthly price of RM59.99. Customers also get access to the Astro GO app, 200 hours of cloud recording, and a free upgrade to Ulti Box. Astro is waiving the RM 39 fee for this campaign, so there is no activation fee either.

Channels in the pack include Astro Prima HD, iQIYI TV, One HD, TLC, and Astro Arena HD.

The Entertainment Pack shares all the benefits of the Primary Pack and adds some additional channels. The price of the pack is Monthly RM 62.99 Compared to regular RM89.99. You also get access to premium streaming apps like BBC Player and choose from Viu Premium or TVBAnywhere+ for international streaming content on the go.

The channels in this pack include all the channels in the primary pack, the Kids Channel, and variety channels like Nickelodeon, DreamWorks, Paramount Network, BBC First, Astro Were Right Toy HD, NHK World, and more.

If you’re a movie buff, you might want to consider the Movie pack.This price is only for now Monthly RM 66.49cheaper than the regular RM 94.99, and you get everything in the primary pack, plus access to HBO GO and Disney+ Hotstar streaming apps included in the price.

The channels in this pack include all the primary channels, plus movie channels like HBO HD, Cinemax HD, and tvN HD.

Additionally, subscribers who opt for the direct debit feature can choose to add premium apps such as Muslim Pro Qalbox, ZEE5 or iQIYI starting from RM8.40 per month. This promotion is only available to new subscribers who choose one of her three packs on offer.
