Recent smart TVs are available from Infinix, Westinghouse and Thomson in India

A slew of new smart TVs have debuted in India from Westinghouse, Thomson, Infinix, and more. Thomson’s latest launch is the World Cup Special Edition 43-inch Alpha Series Smart TV with blue bezel. Meanwhile, Westinghouse debuted a 65-inch TV with MEMC support, Google TV, and more. Read on to know more about the new smart TV launch in India.

Westinghouse 65-inch Google TV: Price, specifications

The new Westinghouse 65-inch screen Google TV is priced at Rs 43,999. The sales period is until October 7, 2023, and the TV is already on sale. SBI Bank cardholders can avail a discount of Rs 1,500 on the purchase of this TV.

The new TV features a 4K Ultra HD resolution LED screen with a 3840 x 2160 pixel display and 60Hz refresh rate. The display is enhanced with 4K HDR, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HLG, MEMC, Vivid Display, and Super Contrast technologies.

It features dual-band Wi-Fi, 3 HDMI ports for game consoles and more, 2 USB ports for external devices, and versatile connectivity options including ALLM, eARC, Bluetooth 5.0, optical, and Ethernet.

It has 48W sound output and features Dolby Atmos and DTS-HD for better audio quality. This smart TV runs on Google TV OS with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM and supports popular apps like Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, and Zee5, all of which can be controlled through his Google Assistant.

Thomson World Cup Special Edition 43-inch TV: Price, specs

Thomson recently announced the launch of the World Cup Special Edition 43Alpha005BL Smart TV in India at a price of Rs 14,999. It can be purchased via Flipkart.

Thomson’s new World Cup Edition TV has a quad-core processor and runs on Linux OS. Packed with support for popular streaming apps like Youtube, Prime Video, Sony Liv, Zee5, and more.

The new TV is full HD+ bezel-less with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. The brightness is 400 nits and the refresh rate is 60Hz. For audio, it has bottom-firing twin 40W speakers, 512MB RAM, 4GB ROM, single band 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Miracast, 3 x HDMI ports, and 2 x USB ports.

Infinix W1 QLED TV: Price, specifications

The new Infinix W1 QLED TV is priced at Rs 37,990 for the 55-inch model and Rs 47,990 for the 65-inch model. These are available on Flipkart and ICICI and Axis Bank customers can get an additional 10% off.

In terms of specifications, the Infinix W1 QLED TV features 4K resolution and a 1.07 billion color palette in both versions. You get up to 320 nits of brightness and HDR10 support. Additionally, there is a 20W box speaker enhanced with Dolby audio.

Powered by Realtek quad-core processor, these TVs come with 1.5GB RAM and 8GB ROM. Comes with a magic remote control with AI voice function. The TV additionally supports dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0. These TVs offer a variety of connectivity options, including three HDMI ports (including one ARC), two USB ports, optical LAN, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
