Emraan Hashmi The show features him as the “Badshah of Bollywood” who at one point says, “Ultimately, every outsider wants to become an insider behind the facade of nepotism.” The teaser also shows Mouni as an actor-dancer, seen by Vijay Raazi, Shriya Saran, Rajeev Khandelwal and others. Apparently, Nasiredinin is the creator of the series, who confidently declares: “Cinema is not just a business, it is our religion.”

Karan Johar shared the teaser on Instagram saying, “Welcome to a world powered by lights, cameras and action! Showtime is a web series that explores power struggles and challenges boundaries.”
