Pankaj Tripathi Web Series Mirzapur Season 3 Release Date Confirmed, Claim Reports
Over the past few years, Mirzapur has been noted as one of the most promising web series for mafia fans. After receiving a massive response in the previous season, the makers are gearing up to premiere its next sequel.
Directed by Karan Anshuman, along with Gurmeet Singh and Mihit, the series is produced under the banner of Excel Entertainment.
The previous seasons of Mirzapur were full of violence, drama and crime. For those who don’t know, Pankaj Tripathi starred as Akhandanand Tripathi with Ali Faisal as Gudu Pandit and Diviendu as Munna Tripathi in the central role. Apart from this, Shweta Tripathi, Rasika Duggal and Shriya Pilgaonkar also played important roles in the fan favorite series.
The story revolves around the throne of Mirzapur, a town in the Purvanchal region of Uttar Pradesh. Akhandanand Tripathi, also known as Kalin Bhaiya, is the most dominant mafia don in the entire region.
The series was mainly shot across Uttar Pradesh, particularly in Jaunpur, Azamgarh, Ghazipur, Rae Bareli, Lucknow, Gorakhpur and Varanasi regions.
The first season of this series was released on November 16, 2018. Soon after the premiere, the series received a mixed response from viewers and critics. After that, the second season was released on October 23, 2020 and received a similar response.
Apart from this, many believe that the Mirzapur series is also one of the main reasons for Pankaj Tripathi’s success.

Mirzapur fans are eagerly waiting for the release of its third season as both the seasons created huge buzz among the audience. According to the latest rumours, the production team has almost finalized the casting and the third season is expected to premiere in June 2024.
The third sequel will also be released on Amazon Prime Video, the same platform that featured the previous seasons. So, if you love a story full of violence and mafia, then this series is definitely for you.
However, it is important to note that there is no official announcement from the manufacturer about its third release yet. It will be fascinating to see how things unfold in the coming months as fans eagerly await the third sequel.
