Exclusive: Imlie and Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal Actor Gashmer Mahajan Joins Web Series

It’s been a while since we exclusively broke the news about actor Adnan Khan being roped in for Balaji TV’s next show Ashoka. Adnan has been a part of shows like Kathaa Ankahee and Ishq Subhan Allah.
Now we have another information about a new project featuring popular actor Gashmeer Mahajani.
Gashmer Mahajan will appear in a new project
Pinkvilla’s highly-acclaimed sources suggest that Gashmeer Mahajani will be seen in an exciting new serial to be produced by Bodhi Tree Pvt Ltd. A famous actor from the television world will also star in the project. The web series will have an exciting cast and is slated for release later this year or early next year.
When contacted, Gashmer said, “Yes, things are happening. However, I can’t divulge more details about it. I can only comment on it after December 20, 2023.”

Gashmer Mahajan’s journey in the industry
Gashmer Mahajan is the son of veteran actor Ravindra Mahajan. After making a killing in the Marathi entertainment industry, Gashmer moved into the television world with the Star Plus show Imlie, where he portrayed the character of journalist Aditya Kumar Tripathi. His chemistry with actor Sumbul Tukeer Khan was quite celebrated.
However, Mahajan left Imlie midway as he sought greener pastures. The actor, who is basically also a dancer, has appeared in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10. He is one of the finalists and the most consistent performer throughout the show.
After Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10, the actor bagged the fantasy drama Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal opposite Reem Shaikh and Karan Kundra. Apart from television and films, Gashmer has also been a part of OTT projects like Shrikant Bashir and Tu Zakhm Hai.

Gashmer Mahajan faced an emotional setback as his father, Ravindra Mahajan, passed away this year. Ravindra Mahajan lived separately. After the death of his father, Gashmir’s mother also fell ill. Gashmer has been subjected to a lot of trolling and judgment on social media since his father’s death.
