V (Telugu) 2020 A much-celebrated super cop who is looked up to by all his colleagues. His dream run ends when he comes across a mysterious killer played by Nani. The killer wants only this particular cop to catch him. What happens unfolds into a fast-paced thriller.
V is an upcoming Indian Telugu-language action thriller film written and directed by Mohan Krishna Indraganti, produced by Dil Raju under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations. The film stars Nani, Sudheer Babu, Nivetha Thomas and Aditi Rao Hydari along with Jagapathi Babu, Vennela Kishore, Nassar and Srinivas Avasarala in supporting roles. The film is scored by S. Thaman with the soundtrack composed by Amit Trivedi while cinematography is handled by P. G. Vinda.
It is Nani’s 25th film as an actor, in which he plays an antagonist for the first time. It was planned to be released theatrically on 25 March 2020 on Ugadi, but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The film is scheduled to release on Prime Video on 5 September 2020.

V (Telugu) 2020 principal photography on the film started in May 2019 without Nani on set. The second schedule started in June 2019 with Sudheer Babu and other artistes. Nani started shooting for the film on 11 August 2019. In September 2019, filming location changed to Thailand where major scenes were shot with Sudheer Babu and Nani.

V (Telugu) 2020 film was initially scheduled to release on 25 March 2020 coinciding with Ugadi, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic it was postponed. V (Telugu) 2020 film is scheduled to release through Amazon Prime Video on 5 September 2020. the makers of the film have decided to opt for a digital release as they are uncertain about the re-opening of theatres. V will reportedly be released on an OTT platform on September 5. The team has initiated talks with a popular OTT platform to sell the streaming rights of the film.
