Shah Rukh Khan invests billions in film with daughter

Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan has reportedly invested a whopping Rs 2,000 crore in a new film in which his daughter Suhana Khan will make her on-screen debut.

Khan was last seen on screen in ‘Dhanki’ and will be seen alongside his daughter Suhana Khan in ‘King’, one of the highest-budget films in 2025.

The film, which is currently in pre-production, is reportedly intended to be an action film that exceeds all expectations. bollywood hungama.

Reports have revealed that Sujoy Ghosh and Siddharth Anand have teamed up to produce an action film with a huge budget of INR 2 billion.

The film’s creative team has been working for the past year on pre-production planning, focusing on script development and action scenes.

Bollywood Hungama quoted a source as saying, “’The King’ is an ambitious action film unlike anything anyone could have imagined.The team has spent the past year perfecting everything from the script to the scale to the action. Red Chillies Entertainment has been working on the pre-production to ensure that the aspects are covered properly and King is no different, ensuring a spectacular debut for Suhana Khan. I am doing my best for this.”

Meanwhile, sources familiar with the matter revealed that the makers are in talks with world-famous stunt coordinators from Western countries to join the ‘King’ team.

“Siddharth Anand is thinking internationally and wants to make a global action thriller with SRK. It will be filmed as a hybrid,” the official added.

Filming on the movie is expected to begin in May and last over five months. The makers plan to unveil King in late 2025.

While Shah Rukh was last seen in ‘Danki’, Suhana Khan will be making her on-screen debut with the release of ‘King’.

She made her acting debut with Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies, which released on OTT last year.
