They chose October 6th as her special day, coinciding with her one-year anniversary since the conclusion of their grand wedding celebrations that spanned the cultural tapestry of Delhi, Lucknow and Mumbai.

Commenting on the documentary, a source close to the actors said: The documentary is directed by Rahul Singh Dutta, who gives his unique perspective on the wedding and the days leading up to it, but the couple never sits down for the duration of the documentary. The documentary is told from an outsider’s point of view from the perspective of everyone involved, and depicts how Richa and Ali’s love story was viewed in the lead up to D-Day.
