Prabhas: Collaborating with Prashanth Neel was a very rewarding experience. His clear vision and passion for storytelling made the filmmaking process fun and enriching. Our synergy helped bring the characters and story to life.

DEADLINE: What’s the status of the sequel?

Prabhas: there is part 2 The last part shows the continuity part. part 1. part 2 will be much larger than part 1. I am lucky to have worked with Prashanth Neel in both parts of the film.

Deadline: After success Baahubali When you watch movies, do you feel like you need to better yourself with each subsequent project?

Prabhas: Sentiment in India seems to be moving towards a more unified approach to cinema, transcending regional boundaries. There is a growing appreciation for diverse storytelling, and discussions about Indian cinema as a whole, rather than being limited to Bollywood, Tollywood, and Kollywood, are becoming more common.

DEADLINE: How do you see audience preferences evolving in India and abroad?

Prabhas: Indian audiences are increasingly receptive to diverse content, both at home and in the diaspora. Meaningful stories, fresh narratives, and innovative filmmaking are needed across genres. Evolving tastes indicate a wide range of appreciation for quality movies.

DEADLINE: Who would be your dream collaborator in the future?

Prabhas: Collaborating with directors like Rajamouli and Prashanth Neel has been great. I am looking forward to working with filmmakers like Nag Ashwin ( Kalki 2898 AD) and Sandeep Vanga (above) spirit). It will be a great experience for both the audience and myself.
