The release of actor Kangana Ranaut’s directorial project ‘Emergency’ has been postponed. The actor announced that the film will not be released on November 22, as originally planned, but will aim for a release next year.

Kangana made the announcement on Twitter. She wrote a touching note saying that everything she had learned so far in her life and all of her earnings were invested in this film. She began her presentation by saying: “Dear friends, I have an important announcement. The film Emergency is the culmination of my entire life’s learning and income as an artist. ‘Emergency’ is more than just a film to me, it tests my values ​​and character as an individual. Thing.”

She continued, “The great response our teaser and other units have gotten from everyone has encouraged us all. My heart is full of gratitude and everywhere I go, people You ask me about the release date of Emergency. We announced the emergency release date as November 24, 2023, but there has been a change in the calendar of movies releasing in quick succession, and the final release date in 2024. Due to the overcrowded quarter, we have decided to change the emergency release date to next year (2024).

Kangana’s followers supported her decision with positive comments. A fan said, “Very wise decision. This movie should be released widely due to the love and support of a large audience, it’s all about timing and getting the most people in the seats!!” one person wrote, while another wrote, “I’m rooting for the queen with all my might.”

Kangana will play the role of former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. The film is based on his 1975 Emergency imposed by Gandhi. The film also features a strong supporting cast including Shreyas Talpade, Mahima Chaudhary, Anupam Kher and Milind Soman.

Recently, it was announced that another movie’s release date will be postponed. Prabhas’ much-awaited film ‘Salaar’, which was scheduled to be released in December, has been delayed as Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Danki’ will be released in the same month.
