He further added, “My day starts from 4am to 4:30am. I go to bed early by 9pm to 9:30pm. That’s the only free time for me. .At that time, my wife and kids are asleep and I don’t have any stress.Every person needs 2-3 hours.I want everyone to have 2-3 hours alone.Who? It’s the best time to be undisturbed. You don’t have to exercise then. You can just sit, think, and just stare.”
