Recalling how the late Yash Johar renovated the special make-up room and Karan Johar collapsed on set, Kajol wrote: Uncle Yash actually renovated his studio in Filmistan and created a new make-up room permanently just for the shooting of this film. Because even a dressing table wasn’t enough for this huge star. Karan Johar even collapsed and passed out on set due to dehydration for the first few days… It was really, really hot!”

She also spoke about Aryan Khan’s debut film in which he played the younger version of Shah Rukh Khan’s Rahul Raichand, who appears in the film’s opening credits. “And this was Ayan Khan’s screen debut,” she added.
